The Low Down

Our current offerings are broken down into three segments:

1. Egyptian Jewelry and Products
2. Custom Tailored Turkish Suits
3. Social Media Merch

There are a few things to know depending on which products you are ordering, especially if you order multiple products that are a mix of these three segments. We'll go into what applies to all first before we talk about each.

Processing Time

All orders will be processed 24 to 48 hours, your payment method will not be charged until the order details are confirmed. When it comes to jewelry, this will also include contacting you.

Mix of products from different segments of the shop

When you order multiple products, and they are from different sections of the store after the order is processed, a few things will have to happen regarding shipping that as of now, we will ask you to make a decision on until we can build it out in our system:

1. Whatever is ready to be shipped to you, we can and will ship as soon as possible, anything else that requires a wait, we will ship once we receive it.
2. We can hold all products with us until all your items arrive, and then ship them all to you in one go.

That's more or less how we do it, for now, we will update as we continue to build out our business going forward. Now as far as shipping goes for the segments specifically, here's what you should know.

Egyptian Jewelry and other Products

After orders are processed, meaning we contacted you, confirmed the details, contacted our Egyptian workers, confirmed the price of the order, and took payment, our workers then begin handmaking your order which takes 15 days.

We then get photos of the product and the product is double-checked, if there are no issues, they then mail it to us. International shipping will take about 12 days roughly.

Once we get it and take a final look, we will ship it to you certified, which takes about 5 days.

Total Estimated Time:  34 days is the latest it can take normally (2 days initial processing).

Custom Tailored Turkish Suits

We are still building out this section of our store, as of now, it takes 1 day to process these orders, and then about 10 days for the suits to be made.

Once made, it is shipped to us internationally, which will take about 12 days.

Once we get it, we will inspect it and then mail it to you certified, which will take about 5 days.

Total Estimated Time:  28 days is the latest it normally takes.

Social Media Merch

All our social media merch is made mostly through Printful. These orders typically are processed the same day and then transferred to them to be made and shipped. Because we are a small startup and want to keep prices low, Printful orders are only produced on a weekly basis, but once done, they are shipped directly to you.
